It is with great delight we are able to inform you that Pulse Radio has successfully been awarded a £5000 pound grant from the Somerset Community Foundation towards our forth coming RSL (Restrictive Service licence), the not-for-profit community station has been on air since 2008 via the internet in its current format, known as Pulse Radio (Previously called Cheddar Radio).
Public Meeting
Anyone wishing to join Pulse Radio are encouraged to send an email in the first instance to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it outlining their interest in the station, one of the members of staff will then contact them by return email. Alternatively there is a public volunteers meeting on Thursday 5th August 2010 starting at 8.00pm within the function room of the White Hart, Cheddar Gorge.
Our very own Guinness World Record hold Jack Hill is to feature in a new world record attempt to be held in London this summer, he is also to appear on Radio One.
